Saydee's 7th Birthday Party!!

Saydee's birthday is September 30!! We had her birthday party on Saturday September 25. She got to pick 3 friends to go to Evan's hairstyling college and get their hair and nails done. It was a lot of fun for all of them and they looked beautiful after it was all done!! Happy Birthday Saydee!! I cannot believe that she is 7!!

Fall is here!!

Last Saturday I really needed to get out of the house. Zach suggested we go for a ride up the mountain. It was really beautiful!! The leaves were just starting to change and it was such a pretty sight. I love the fall!! We took a few pictures but I think we might have to go take some more and get Ridge in some of them, but here are a few that we did take.

Tea Party!!

Last Sunday Skylar was bored and so she decided to set up a tea party and surprise Saydee. I thought it was pretty cute how she got cherry tomatoes and peaches for them to eat. She was so proud of herself and Saydee was really surprised. The only problem was that Saydee doesn't like tomatoes or peaches. She was a good sport and sat there and visited with Skylar while she ate hers, but she did not touch any of the stuff on her plate. When they were cleaning up Skylar said I will save this for Saydee in case she changes her mind. It was pretty cute, I love it when the play together!!!

Ridge Robert Sherratt

Ridge Robert Sherratt arrived on September 10, 2009 at 1:25 PM. Weighing in at 7 lbs 8 ozs and 20 inches long. We are so glad that he is here!!!
I went to the hospital at 4:00am to get induced. It was a very slow process but after 8 hours and 2 doses of cervedel, they broke my water and started pit. An hour and a half later he was here. Here are a few pictures and I will post more soon!!!

Mom this is for you!! This is me talking to my mom on the phone the night before I went into the hospital. You never saw me pregnant so here is what you missed. JK That has been the hardest part of this is not having my mom here, but I am really proud of the service she is doing and know that we are blessed because of it. Love you mom and Kent!!

First Day of School!!

Saydee started FIRST GRADE on August 20th. She is in Mrs. Farnsworth's class. She was so excited to be in her class even though not many of her friends are in the class.

Skylar started Kindergarten on September 1. She is in Mrs. Jones' class and has a lot of friends that are in her class.

Saydee insisted on riding the bus the first day and having me follow her. She loves riding the bus!! This is her waiting for the bus on the first day of school

Skylar wanted to ride the bus with Saydee on her first day. So we followed behind the bus again to make sure she made it to her first day of school.

Ryder and I sure miss the girls now that they are in school but they are having a lot of fun!!

SOCCER!!

Well both Saydee and Skylar wanted to play soccer this year and I thought it would be great!! Sign ups were in May and who would of thought that life would be so busy when it started the last week of August? They have both done great.




This is Saydee's 3rd year playing soccer and she has done well. She is on the GREEN ALLIGATORS. She loves to go to practice every Tuesday and works really hard. We enjoy watching her play!!

This was Skylar's first year playing. Her team is named the "STARS". She has surprised us all with her undying energy. We tease her that she is the STAR of the Stars. She is always right by the ball and gets really aggressive. We love to watch her play!!

Skylar's 5th birthday!!!

On July 19th, Skylar turned 5!! Boy she was excited to have a PARTY!! She had it all planned. She wanted a snail party but there are not many things to do with snails so I talked her into a ladybug birthday party.


We made ladybug headbands to get started. Here are all of her friends with their creations.

She insisted on a pinata and of course we could not find a ladybug but we did find this cute butterfly.

Here she is with her cute cake. I found this picture and I really wanted to make it but I really knew I was not that talented. My nice neighbor stayed up until all hours of the morning helping me and Skylar loved it!!

Another plan Skylar had was going to APPLEBEE'S!! She wanted them to sing to her and give her a sundae with a cherry on top. She ate mashed potatoes and then she got a sundae but it had more than just one cherry on it, it was covered with cherries!!!
