Valentine's Day!!

Valentines Day this year was a little different. We went to Salt Lake for the Friday and Saturday. Sunday was actually Valentine's Day and it was my parent's homecoming in Parowan. It was a very busy weekend but it was lots of fun to see everyone on both sides of the family. We went to Salt Lake to go to the Wildlife Expo. Zach, Robby and their dad have made it a tradition to go each year and so they were excited to go and see all the cool hunting stuff and put in for a few hunts, that of course they didn't draw. HAHAHA Anyway we had fun just hanging our with Robby and Camille and their family. We also got to go the movie Valentine's Day with Robby and Camille for a little Valentine's Date, thanks to Zach's parents for watching all 8 kids. It was a lot of fun.

They're HOME!!!!

On February 2nd at about 10:30 PM my mom and Kent made it home from serving in the Roseville California Mission!!! They were welcomed home by most of the family (Steph was not able to be there) waiting at their home in Parowan. Mark even brought the red and blue lights with him. Yes he got pulled over and the cops followed him all the way to their home. That's what he gets for trying to pass Zach and I on the off ramp and going 82 down Parowan Main HAHAHA Anyway, I was so excited for my mom and Kent to meet Ridge. It was like Christmas but even better. I was so excited all day long. It was so fun to see them even though we were only there for a few minutes. They were so tired because they had driven all day longbut they were also so excited to be home.

















Here is the banner that Amber got made for them. Nobody got the memo that I was trying to take a picture and most everyone headed back into the house. We thought we would get a better picture later but it looks like that never happened.

My mom was so excited to see all the grandkids!! This was her first time meeting Ridge and it was a little crazy because everyone wanted to she her!!

Ridge is 5 months!!

On Feb 10, Ridge was 5 months old!! I cannot believe how fast time goes when you have a baby in the house. We are so glad that he is a part of our family!! I think he gets tired of all the hugs and slobbery kisses from his brother and sisters but he is so LOVED and we are so blessed to have him!!

















Ridge weighs in at 17 lbs 8 oz
he is 24 inches long, and he has two teeth!!
Some of Ridge's favorites at 5 months:
Getting undressed
To roll around on the floor (he travels pretty far)
To hang out with Dad and get bounced
Play with his toy chains
Listen to music
Lay on his belly
Play with his toes
His car seat and car rides
Sweet potatoes and squash
His bath

Some things Ridge doesn't like:
Rice Cereal-it makes him throw up
Sleeping through the night- he has yet to do that
bottles

Ridge is such a fun baby and brings a smile to our face every time we see him. We love you Ridge and can't wait to see what you will do next!!
