Ryder's first catch

On June 8 we took the kids to the kids pond to go fishing and roast smores. It was fun to see Ryder reaction when there was a bite on his pole. He was really excited. The girls were really patient but never got a bite. Saydee has gotten really good at casting her own line.

We went to this fun Pizza place with Zach's family the night before the Hiskey reunion. It was way fun for the kids. They loved the pirate hats, especially Ryder. The food was pretty good too.

We had the Hiskey Family Reunion on Saturday June 6. It was so fun. It was nice to see everyone and catch up on some of the things going on with everyone. We headed up to Taylor's creek to go for a little hike with the kids. It was really pretty up there. Skylar loved all the frogs. Ryder loved to throw rocks and watch the big splash, and Saydee just enjoyed being with her cousins!!

Veyo Pool

A couple of weeks ago we went and met my friend Amanda at the Veyo Pool. It was so fun!! I wish we lived closer to this pool because it is such a fun place to go spend the day. I wanted to go a few more times before summer ended but it didn't happen. Oh well maybe next year.

Ryder gave us a scare as we headed to the car. He decided to go over this bridge and as he stepped down, he fell about 4 feet into the stream. He could of hit his head on numerous things but he was totally unhurt. He was just scared that the crabs were going to get him.

Sea World

It is taking me forever to blog our California vacation. We did go to Sea World for 2 days and the kids had a blast. It was so fun to see all the animals there. Skylar loved the Starfish, Saydee loved Shamu and getting soaked sitting on the 4th row back and Ryder loved the Sea lions. It was so fun and the weather was perfect, it was not too hot.
